All fully validated paid orders will pass internal order verification, sorting and packaging, then be scheduled for outbound dispatch within 1–3 business days. Weekends and national statutory public holidays are excluded from standard processing timelines. Pre-order and fully personalized custom goods display independent manufacturing and shipment schedules on each corresponding product detail page.

Standard international shipping estimated transit durations calculated from the official warehouse departure date: Continental United States 7–14 business days; United Kingdom, Canada, Australia 8–16 business days; all European Union member territories 10–20 business days. All delivery timeframes serve as reference estimates only. Delays stemming from customs inspection backlogs, local courier operational capacity shortages or severe natural weather events fall outside our direct operational control and do not constitute delivery default.

Shipping fees generate automatically at checkout based on package gross weight, overall dimensional measurements and receiving geographic territory. Complimentary free shipping promotions exclusively apply to orders that meet the explicit minimum spending threshold clearly advertised across site homepage banners and product page promotional labels. No extra delivery surcharges will be billed to customers once payment has been fully finalized.

All import tariffs, customs clearance administrative fees and destination-country sales taxes incurred upon parcel arrival at border checkpoints are the exclusive financial responsibility of the purchasing customer. We will truthfully declare commodity value and product category classification in strict compliance with international cross-border logistics regulatory standards and cannot absorb any customs-related expenses on behalf of buyers.

Once merchandise departs our warehouse facility, a unique parcel tracking identification number and direct real-time logistics lookup hyperlink will be automatically delivered to your registered email inbox. If tracking records show zero movement updates for 7 consecutive days or longer, submit a formal service support ticket to launch an official logistics trace investigation.

Parcels rerouted back to our warehouse storage facility due to recipient voluntary delivery refusal, expired local courier pickup windows or invalid shipping addresses will incur return freight charges fully payable by the buyer. Should you request secondary reshipment after package return to storage, all new outbound delivery fees must be pre-paid in full by you prior to re-dispatch. If you submit a full merchandise value reimbursement application after goods are returned to our warehouse, the original delivery fees paid at checkout will not be reimbursed.

We do not provide delivery services to postal PO boxes, military restricted zones and internationally sanctioned territories under global trade agreements. Licensed logistics carriers may suspend delivery service to high-risk flagged shipping addresses, and we hold unilateral authority to cancel such pending shipments without prior customer notification.
